Your appointments are very important and they are reserved especially for you. Sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. In order to be respectful to both Jaisy’s time and her clients, at least a 48 hours’ notice is required for reschedules and/or cancellations. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service(s) booked. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Arriving Late: If the client is 15 minutes late to the appointment, there may need to be modifications to the scheduled service(s) to accommodate the next client. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, a fee may apply the same as if it were a cancellation. Liability and Stylist Protection: **By booking with the stylist, the client agrees to the cancellation policy and acknowledges liability for any charges due to late cancellations or no-shows. The client also authorizes the stylist to charge their card on file up to the full amount of the scheduled services in the event of a cancellation or no-show. The stylist reserves the right to refuse any services for any reason, including if a client cancels three appointments within a calendar year.** Thank you for understanding and respecting Jaisy’s policy, as it allows her to serve all her clients in the best way possible.
